    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven or you can use the same temperatures on your Traeger Timberline 1300
      - Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil (for easy cleanup) 

      - Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.

    2. Prepare the wings:
      In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with Hangar Bay Spice Co. Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning and baking powder.

    3. Bake the wings:
      - Arrange the seasoned wings on the prepared wire rack in a single layer, leaving some space between each wing.

      - Bake in the preheated oven or on the Traeger Timberline 1300 for 50-55 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

    4. Make Hangar Bay Spice Co. Founder, BIFF's Special Sauce:
      - While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

      - Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Be careful not to let the garlic brown.
