Ingredients
For the steak –
- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the potatoes and veggies –
- 4 medium-sized potatoes (Yukon gold or medley), washed and cubed
- 2 cups mixed veggies. We like carrots, turnips, broccoli, zucchini… have fun!
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning

Preheat the oven or Traeger Timberline 1300:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the steak:
- Let steak sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the steaks generously with Wingman Seasoning.
- If using the oven, heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.

Prepare the potatoes and veggies:
- In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes and vegetables with olive oil and Wingman Seasoning.
