Ingredients

  • 1 l. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning- add more to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

 

Instructions

1. Prepare the Shrimp:
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, and Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning. Mix well to evenly coat shrimp.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.

2. Grill the Shrimp:

- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce:

- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4. Assemble the Tacos:

- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet.
- Place a few grilled shrimp on each tortilla.
- Top with shredded red cabbage, diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Add avocado slices and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
