Experience the best chicken wings using Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning. For irresistibly flavorful wings, coat them generously with the Wingman seasoning. Bake until golden and crispy, then serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. These wings are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, perfect for game day, family gatherings, or any occasion.

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning to taste
  • ⅓ cup of your favorite hot sauce
  • Chopped fresh parsley or green onion for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat your oven, or Traeger, to 425° F (218°C) and line baking sheet with parchment or foil, or easy cleanup. Place wire rack on top of baking sheet.
  2. Prepare: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with Wingman All-Purpose Seasoning and baking powder.
  3. Bake the wings:
    - Arrange the seasoned wings on the in single layer on the rack, leaving some space between each wing.
    - Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  4. Make BIFF's Special Sauce:
    - While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add in the minced garlic, stirring frequently, 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Be careful not to let the garlic brown!
    - Season the butter with more Wingman All-Purpose seasoning and add the hot sauce. Allow the sauce to come to room temperature.
  5. Toss the wings: Once the chicken wings are cooked through and crispy, remove them from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the melted sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Serve: Transfer the wings to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or green onion, if desired. Serve immediately as a delicious appetizer or main dish.
